Merlo Coffee was proud to support Noosa Eat & Drink Festival’s Long Lunch with Youngcare last Friday.
Over $125,000 was raised on the day for young people living with high care disabilities.
This vital funding will be used to ensure young people with disabilities on the Sunshine Coast and beyond can live the young lives that they so rightly deserve.
Merlo provided refreshing espresso martinis for the long lunch, which were enjoyed by all in the sweltering Noosa weather, including host Karl Stefanovic and Noosa Mayor Clare Stewart.
The Merlo espresso martinis helped keep everyone in high spirits, as did a wonderful impromptu performance by Pete Murray.
Youngcare is a non-for-profit organisation creating choice and independence for young people aged between 18 and 65 with high care needs.
They provide fully accessible and age-appropriate living spaces, grants for equipment and home modifications and support through a national phone line.
Merlo have been proud partners and supporters of Youngcare since 2019 and are committed to supporting this fantastic charity with our instore promotions and contributions to their events.
As sponsors of the Noosa Long Lunch, an initiative of Noosa Tourism – Merlo was able to provide refreshing espresso martinis for the long lunch
