We also offer an extensive range of delicious food catering options, including gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian choices.

We have two vehicles - the FJ Cruiser and the CERT (Coffee Emergency Response Team) which both come equipped with coffee machines, grinders, and fridges and are staffed by fully trained baristas.

The FJ Cruiser
The FJ can serve up to 100 coffees within a short time frame of 3-4 hours and operates using both gas and electricity. For the FJ, access to water is required for its operation.

The CERT Van
Our CERT Van is also fully fitted out and ready to set up at events of all sizes. It requires access to water and once tanks are filled, comes complete with running water. It requires 3 phase/40amp power to operate but can also work attached to a generator.

Please note: to hire our vehicles, events must have a minimum 50 people attending. We also require a minimum 2 week booking lead time.

We can supply a wide and tasty selection of wraps, sandwiches, salads, sweet treats, drinks and of course, coffee. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are all available. Catering orders can be collected from the following cafes:

BRISBANE: Merlo Bowen Hills, Merlo Eagle Farm, Merlo George Street (CBD), Merlo Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Merlo University of Queensland (UQ) and Merlo Long Pocket (UQ).

TOOWOOMBA: Merlo Russell Street and Merlo Wyalla Plaza.
