Why join the Friends of Merlo loyalty program?
Our loyalty program unlocks exclusive benefits, while also earning Merlo Points and Bean Dollars with your purchases.
Earn & Redeem Points – each coffee purchased instore earns 1 point, and 10 points can be redeemed for 1 free hot beverage (8 oz only). This can be redeemed as soon as it’s earned, or saved for a future date. You can redeem Merlo Points for free coffee, food and more.
Earn & Redeem Bean Dollars - Bean Dollars are earned on all purchases of roasted coffee beans, instore or online. They are credits that will accrue in your account every time you purchase roasted coffee beans from a Merlo Flagship Cafe (excluding our Toowoomba locations) or online. They can then be used to purchase, or contribute towards, any product instore or online. Simply show your QR code in the App when instore ordering your coffee beans.

Where can I use my Friend of Merlo membership?
You can take advantage of our Friend of Merlo loyalty program at any of our Merlo Flagship Cafes, which can be found HERE. (currently excludes Toowoomba locations).
What does it cost to become a Friend of Merlo?
It's free! There's no cost for customers to sign up to our Friend of Merlo program.
Other than accrual of Points & Bean Dollars, what are the other benefits?
As a Friend of Merlo, you will receive:
• a $5 voucher after making your first purchase in store or online
• free delivery on all online purchases of 1kg or more of coffee or 60 pack of capsules
• free coffee of your choice on your birthday
• a free coffee after every 10 coffee purchases in store
• access to special loyalty customer promotions and giveaways
• invitations to our events
• online coffee subscribers will receive a free gift with every 6th order.

Once I've signed up, how do I access my Friend of Merlo account?
To access your Friend of Merlo account, simply:
• login to the Merlo loyalty portal HERE
• once logged in you will be redirected to our website, then in the top menu, click on ‘Account’, then ‘My Account’
• you will see your Loyalty QR code, and links to download the Merlo App or add your loyalty QR code to your Apple wallet (for iPhones) or Google wallet (for Android phones).
• you can also see your current balances, order history, preferences and more.
• login to the Merlo loyalty portal HERE
• once logged in you will be redirected to our website, then in the top menu, click on ‘Account’, then ‘My Account’
• you will see your Loyalty QR code, and links to download the Merlo App or add your loyalty QR code to your Apple wallet (for iPhones) or Google wallet (for Android phones).

How do I download the Merlo app?
Simply head to where you normally download your Apps (App Store or Google Play), search 'Merlo Coffee' and download to your device. Then you can sign up to become a Friend of Merlo or login to the app using your existing Friend of Merlo account details.
How do I show I'm a Friend of Merlo instore?
There are a few ways to show your loyalty instore:
THE MERLO APP: simply open the Merlo App and present your loyalty QR code to our staff. The QR code is located on the App homepage. Make sure your screen brightness is up as high as possible when you bring it instore to scan!

ADD US TO YOUR WALLET: for quick access instore, simply add us to you Apple or Google wallet. This can be done via the Merlo App or via our loyalty portal, just follow the prompts!

My details have changed, how can I update them?
We don’t want you to miss out on a thing, so make sure you keep your details up to date. You can do this via your Friend of Merlo account, which can be accessed by:
• logging to the Merlo loyalty portal HERE. Once logged in you'll be redirected to our website.
• Click on ‘Account’ in top navigation, then select from the relevant drop down options, including ‘Details & Preferences’, ‘Addresses’ and more.
