Classic Hot Chocolate (H4)

You’ll need:

2 heaped teaspoons of Merlo Chocolate Powder
250ml hot milk (or your favorite milk alternative)
Whipped cream & marshmallows (optional)

Method:

Heat your milk until steaming (but not boiling).
Stir in Merlo Chocolate Powder until fully dissolved.
Top with whipped cream and marshmallows for extra indulgence.

Merlo Mocha (H4)

You’ll need:

1 shot of espresso (or strong brewed coffee)
1 heaped teaspoon of Merlo Chocolate Powder
200ml steamed milk

Method:

Brew your espresso and add it to a mug.
Stir in Merlo Chocolate Powder until smooth.
Pour in steamed milk and mix well.
Dust with extra chocolate powder on top.
