With a cupping score of 86, Honduras José Bejarano offers flavours of grapefruit and citrus with a rosehip aroma. The sparkling acidity and smooth, medium body are rounded out by a subtle, smooth, tropical aftertaste.
In 2002 José Bejarano began growing coffee and started with just two hectares of land. His focus has always been on quality, and through years of hard work and dedication, he has since been able to purchase an additional two hectares.
From those hectares, he has produced these exceptional beans for us which have become his highest quality coffee for production and commercialisation. He also grows basic grains to support his family.
